Orientation

Truth must be done, not merely admired. The whole gospel of the Kingdom moves like this: teshuvah (repent/return) → redemption (bought back) → salvation (delivered from sin and death into life in the Spirit) → restoration (Torah written on hearts; covenant lived out) (Acts 2:38; Ephesians 1:7; Romans 8:1–4; Jeremiah 31:31–34; Ezekiel 36:26–27). This section turns conviction into forehead (loyalty) and hand (practice): establishing a rule of life for households and ekklesia, building gates that keep out lawlessness (anomia — Torah-breaking), and training rhythms that hold when pressure rises (John 14:15; Revelation 14:12).

  1. FOUR WITNESSES: THE ACTION MANDATE

This heading lays down the non-negotiable posture: Scripture is heard and done. We align our steps to Torah, the Prophets, the Writings, and the Apostolic Writings so obedience is broad and balanced—not hobbyhorse or trend.

  • Torah — “Hear, O Israel… these words… you shall do” (Deuteronomy 6:4–9; 30:11–14). Justice, mercy, honest weights, Sabbath/moedim, Shemitah/Jubilee (Deuteronomy 15; Leviticus 19:35–36; 23; 25; Isaiah 58:13–14).
  • Prophets — “Return to Me” and “do justice, love mercy, walk humbly” (Jeremiah 3:12–14; Micah 6:8; Isaiah 1:16–17).
  • Writings — “Who may dwell?… walks blamelessly… swears to his own hurt” (Psalm 15; 24:3–6). Nehemiah confronts usury, restores the oppressed (Nehemiah 5).
  • Apostolic — “Repent and be immersed” (Acts 2:38); “Be doers of the Word” (James 1:22); “Grace trains us… zealous for good works” (Titus 2:11–14); “If you love Me, keep My commands” (John 14:15).
  1. TESHUVAH NOW — REPENTANCE WITH FRUIT

Before we build rhythms, we deal with the heart. Repentance is not regret; it is return to covenant paths with visible fruit and repaired wrongs.

  • Confess specifics: name sins of anomia (lawlessness/Torah-breaking), idolatry, false weights, Sabbath neglect (1 John 1:9; Leviticus 5:5–6; Proverbs 28:13).
  • Forsake and replace: tear down altars, install obedience (2 Kings 23; Ephesians 4:22–32).
  • Make restitution: where we wronged, repay with a fifth (Leviticus 6:1–7; Luke 19:8–9).
  • Seal repentance in water and table: immersion and faithful communion (Acts 2:38; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26).

III. RULE OF LIFE — FOREHEAD & HAND RHYTHMS

A rule of life is how love becomes a schedule. We bind Scripture to time, money, and relationships so loyalty (forehead) expresses itself in works (hand).

  • Daily — Shema morning/evening (Deuteronomy 6:4–9); Four-Witness reading; prayer as incense (Psalm 141:2); one act of justice/mercy (Micah 6:8; Matthew 6:1–4).
  • Weekly — Sabbath delight (Isaiah 58:13–14); testimonies at the table; wage/weights audit (Leviticus 19:35–36; Deuteronomy 24:15).
  • Seasonal — Moedim rehearsed in Yahusha (Leviticus 23; 1 Corinthians 5:7–8; Luke 22:15–20).
  • Economic — honest contracts; no bribes; benevolence line item (Exodus 23:8; Acts 4:32–35).
  • Relational — offense checks and forgiveness service (Matthew 18:15–35; Hebrews 12:15).
  1. HOUSEHOLD ALTAR & GATES

This heading sets the home as mishkan (dwelling/tabernacle). We standardize morning/evening oblations (tamid — continual), a Six-Day Bible-in-a-Year cycle across the Four Witnesses, a Sabbath review, steady prayer watches, and gate standards for media, money, speech, guests, and work.

Note: What follows is a suggested guideline built on the Four Witnesses—not written in stone. Keep the tamid principle and the witness harmony; adapt duration/order to your household season (Exodus 30:7–8; Psalm 141:2).

  1. A) Year-Through-Scripture Standard (Four-Witness Cycle — 6 days/week)

This subheading gives a clear yet flexible reading scaffold to complete all Scripture in a year while honoring all four witnesses every day.
Aim: Read the entire Scriptures in one year by binding daily portions to morning and evening.
Math: ~1,189 chapters ÷ 312 reading days (6×52) ≈ 3.8 chapters/day. We standardize 4 chapters/day, giving buffer for review and catch-up.

Daily pattern (Six days):

  • Morning Watch (Word Oblation):
    1. Torah — 1 chapter
    2. Writings — 1 chapter
  • Evening Watch (Word Oblation):
    3) Prophets — 1 chapter
    4) Apostolic Writings — 1 chapter

Weekly flow (example):

  • Mon–Fri: Follow the 4-chapter pattern above (5 days = 20 chapters).
  • Sixth day: Same 4-chapter pattern (now 24 chapters).
  • Sabbath: Special review (see Section C) + memory & testimony (no ordinary 4-chapter set).

Tools for fidelity:

  • Reading log (household board or journal).
  • Memory verse from weekly readings (Psalm 119:11).
  • One-line obedience action journaled daily (James 1:22).
  • Quarterly buffer: two Sabbaths per quarter reserved for catch-up/review.

Why this shape: It honors the Four Witnesses daily, lets households meditate day and night (Psalm 1:2), and keeps the whole counsel in view (Acts 20:27).

  1. B) Morning & Evening Prayer Watches — Guideline Flow (Process & Procedure)

This subheading describes the how of the watches: aims fixed, forms flexible; a repeatable process that any household can run with maturity or with toddlers. Guideline, not straitjacket; built on the Four Witnesses, not written in stone.

1) Morning Watch (20–35 min) — Aim: Set the household’s allegiance (forehead) and obedience (hand) for the day.

  1. Assemble & posture (1–2 min) — gather, quiet the room, stand/sit (Psalm 95:6).
  2. Call to Worship — Shema (2–3 min) — Deuteronomy 6:4–9; “Today we hear and obey.”
  3. Cleansing (2–3 min) — Psalm 139:23–24; 1 John 1:9.
  4. Word Altar (8–12 min) — Read aloud: Torah (1 ch.) → “What command is clear?” Writings (1 ch.) → “What virtue is highlighted?” (1 Timothy 4:13; James 1:22).
  5. Incense Prayer (5–8 min) — Psalm 141:2. A.R.I.T.: Adoration, Repentance, Intercession (family/ekklesia/persecuted—Hebrews 13:3; rulers—1 Timothy 2:1–2), Thanksgiving.
  6. Commission (1–2 min) — each person names one obedience for today (Luke 11:28; James 1:22).
  7. Blessing (1–2 min) — Numbers 6:24–27; place His Name; lay hands on children (Mark 10:16).
Essentials: Shema, Scripture (Four Witnesses), Prayer, Commission, Blessing. Adaptable: order/music/length.

2) Evening Watch (20–35 min) — Aim: Close the day with thanks, truth, intercession, and peace.

  1. Thanksgiving & Examen (3–5 min) — Psalm 92; 1 mercy, 1 miss; reconcile (Ephesians 4:32).
  2. Word Altar (8–12 min) — Read aloud: Prophets (1 ch.) → “How does Yahuah confront/comfort?” Apostolic (1 ch.) → “How do we walk this out?”
  3. Intercession (5–8 min) — family, elders/deacons, oppressed, persecuted (Hebrews 13:3), rulers (1 Timothy 2:1–2).
  4. Table of Yahuah (on scheduled nights) (5–7 min) — 1 Corinthians 10:16–17; 11:23–26; self-examination; reconcile quickly (Matthew 5:23–24).
  5. Peace Prayer (1–2 min) — Psalm 4:8; speak Shalom over rooms (Isaiah 26:3).
Essentials: Thanks/examen, Scripture (Prophets + Apostolic), Intercession, Peace. Adaptable: include table, hymn, length.

3) Time Windows & Roles — Procedure
This subheading fixes ownership and timing so good intent becomes daily life.

  • Windows: Morning (e.g., 6:30–7:05 AM). Evening (e.g., 8:30–9:05 PM). If late, compress—do not cancel (Daniel 6:10).
  • Roles: Head(s) of household lead; rotate readers; appoint a scribe for “today’s obedience” and prayer items.
  • Training: 2-week on-ramp = Shema → 1 chapter → A.R.I.T. → Blessing; then expand.
  • Guests: State rhythm kindly; invite to observe/participate (Joshua 24:15).

4) Troubleshooting — Keep the Tamid
This subheading keeps the rhythm alive when life is messy; we adjust length, not loyalty.

  • Short on time? Morning: Shema → 1 chapter → A.R.I.T. → Blessing. Evening: Thanks → 1 chapter → Intercession → Peace.
  • Little kids restless? Shorten readings; ask one question; let them lead Amen/Blessing response (Psalm 8:2).
  • Travel days? Pocket plan: 1 Psalm + 1 Gospel paragraph per watch; pray from list; resume full flow on return.
  • Missed watch? Repent, restore, resume next window—no shame, no drift (Proverbs 24:16).

5) Why Each Step Matters — Understanding the Process
This subheading explains why the pieces are in place so hearts obey with understanding.

  • Shema: establishes allegiance (Deuteronomy 6:4–9).
  • Cleansing/Examen: keeps short accounts (Psalm 139:23–24; 1 John 1:9).
  • Four Witnesses daily: holds whole counsel (Acts 20:27).
  • Incense/Intercession: aligns with His heart/mission (Psalm 141:2; 1 Timothy 2:1–2).
  • Commission: turns hearing into doing (James 1:22).
  • Blessing/Peace: places His Name and Shalom (Numbers 6:24–27; Psalm 4:8).
  1. C) Sabbath Special Reading — Review & Weekly Portion (without rabbinic binding)

This subheading makes Sabbath a delight and a review, not a burden: we rehearse identity, not perform tradition badges.
Purpose: Review the six-day readings, rehearse identity, and delight in the day (Isaiah 58:13–14).
Shape: review circle; thematic Torah section; Prophets echo; Apostolic harmony (Luke 24:27,44); memory verse; children’s Q&A (Deuteronomy 6:7; Psalm 78:5–7); table & testimonies (Acts 2:42–47; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26); no buy/sell (Nehemiah 13:15–22).

  1. D) Gate Standards (Precedent to Protect the Mishkan/Home)

This subheading sets holy boundaries so what the Word builds by day the gates don’t tear down by night.
Media gate: no occult/pharmakeia (sorcery/enchantment) (Galatians 5:20; Revelation 18:23), pornography, slander (Psalm 101:3; Ephesians 5:11–12).
Money gate: no buying/selling on Sabbath (Nehemiah 13:15–22); honest weights (Leviticus 19:35–36; Proverbs 11:1).
Speech gate: no lying, gossip, broken vows (Ephesians 4:25; Psalm 15:4).
Guest gate: hospitality with holiness (Hebrews 13:2; 1 Corinthians 5:7–8).
Work/School gate: conscience clauses for prayer/Sabbath; respectful noncompliance when required (Daniel 3; 6; Acts 5:29).

  1. E) Accountability & Metrics (for service, not pride)

This subheading gives gauges, not trophies—just enough measurement to serve growth and protect the rhythm.
Daily AM/PM checks; 4 chapters completed; prayer list touched. Weekly Sabbath review; memory verse; benevolence action (Isaiah 58:7–12). Monthly media/money/time audit and reconciliations (Matthew 5:23–24). Posted household covenant by the table (Deuteronomy 6:9).

  1. F) Precedents for Irregular Weeks (do not break the tamid)

This subheading writes what to do when—so disruption doesn’t become drift.
Travel mode (pocket plan), missed readings (use Sabbath buffer), crisis compression (minimum viable liturgy), new households (30-day 2-chapter ramp, then full cycle).

  1. EKKLESIA ACTION PLAN

This heading turns households into a covenant community: justice at the gates, mercy in the storehouse, discipleship that forms obedience beyond sentiment.

  • Gate court (elders/deacons) — mediate wage disputes, predatory contracts, Sabbath conflicts (Deuteronomy 16:18–20; Nehemiah 5; Acts 6:1–7).
  • Storehouse & benevolence — tithe/offering logistics to feed the flock in need (Malachi 3:10; Acts 4:32–35).
  • Discipleship path — repentance → basics of obedience (Acts 15:19–21), family order, holy trades (Ephesians 4:28; 6:1–4).
  • Acts economy nodes — hire-the-remnant network; skill guilds; conscience defense team (Acts 18:3; 2:44–45).
  1. CIVIC WITNESS WITHOUT IDOLATRY

This heading equips us to seek the shalom of the city without bowing to its idols: public good, private holiness, respectful noncompliance.

  • Do good in the land: honest work, generosity, advocacy for the oppressed (Jeremiah 29:4–7; Proverbs 31:8–9; Titus 3:1–2).
  • Refuse idolatrous decrees: Daniel 3 & 6 model respectful noncompliance (Acts 5:29).
  • Speak truth at the gates: plead for the widow and orphan (Isaiah 1:17; James 1:27).

VII. VOWS, COVENANTS, & CONSCIENCE

This heading treats words as binding and conscience as precious: we vow cleanly, live transparently, and pre-write our stands.

  • Let your yes be yes; fulfill vows (Numbers 30; Matthew 5:33–37; Psalm 15:4).
  • Conscience clauses in contracts for Sabbath, prayer, and allegiance (Daniel 6:10).
  • Family covenant posted in the home; ekklesia covenant for discipline and care (Matthew 18:15–20; Galatians 6:1–2).

VIII. TRAINING DRILLS (TAMID)

This heading adds practice reps under light pressure so faith holds under heavy pressure.

  • Sabbath no-buy month with testimony journal (Nehemiah 13:15–22).
  • One-week stores rotation and benevolence project (Genesis 41:48–49; Isaiah 58:7–12).
  • Public confession rehearsal—family speaks faith texts aloud (Matthew 10:32–33; Revelation 12:11).
  • Acts night — break bread, prayers, doctrine, sharing (Acts 2:42–47).
  1. ACCOUNTABILITY & DISCIPLINE

This heading guards holiness with gentle restoration and clear process: love corrects to save, not to shame.

  • Gentle restoration for the stumbling (Galatians 6:1–2).
  • Matthew 18 steps for unrepentant sin; goal is gain your brother (Matthew 18:15–20).
  • Table purity — examine, repent, reconcile (1 Corinthians 11:27–32; 5:6–8).
  1. METRICS OF FAITHFULNESS (NOT FOR PRIDE)

This heading measures to serve: we track obedience patterns to strengthen weak spots, never to boast.

  • Word & prayer frequency; Sabbath kept; acts of mercy; weights audited; reconciliations made (Psalm 119:97; Isaiah 58:13–14; Proverbs 11:1; Matthew 5:23–24).
  • Benevolence given and received; conscience incidents supported (Acts 4:34–35).
  1. COMMON PITFALLS & GUARDRAILS

This heading names the ditches flanking the narrow path so we refuse both license and legalism.

  • License: “grace” as permission—reject (Jude 4; Titus 2:11–14).
  • Legalism: works as merit—reject; we obey from love and Spirit power (Ephesians 2:8–10; Jeremiah 31:33).
  • Perfectionism: paralysis by fear; start with first obedience (James 1:22).
  • Isolation: Lone zeal withers; stay knit to ekklesia (Hebrews 10:24–25).
  • Anger activism: wrath of man fails righteousness (James 1:20).

XII. DIAGNOSTICS — PERSONAL & ASSEMBLY CHECK

This heading gives straight questions so we test ourselves now and shore up weak walls before the squeeze.
Personal

  • Where have I named but not turned? (Proverbs 28:13)
  • What is my rule of life in writing? (Deuteronomy 6:8–9)
  • If buying/selling is gated, what’s my plan? (Revelation 13:17; Daniel 3, 6)

Assembly (ekklesia)

  • Do we have benevolence reserves and hire-the-remnant pathways? (Acts 4:32–35; Acts 18:3)
  • Do elders mediate economic injustice? (Nehemiah 5)
  • Are our disciples grounded in commands + faith? (Revelation 12:17; 14:12)

XIII. CONSECRATION — PRAYER OF APPLICATION

This heading seals the doing with prayer: we ask for grace to live what we have set in order—repent, reorder, and walk.
“Abba Yahuah, I return (teshuvah). Cleanse me by the blood of Yahusha; seal me with Your Spirit; write Your Torah on my heart (Ephesians 1:7,13–14; Jeremiah 31:33). Order my forehead with Your Name and my hand with Your way (Revelation 14:1,12). Make me a doer of the Word (James 1:22). Establish my household altar, my gates, and our ekklesia’s justice and mercy. Keep me among those who guard the commands of Elohim and the faith of Yahusha. Amen.”
