Prologue:
In the ancient words of the prophet Isaiah, Elohim declares, “I am Elohim, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done” (Isaiah 46:9-10). This profound statement forms the foundation of the journey we are about to embark on—a journey into the eternal plan of the Creator, meticulously woven through the Scriptures from the opening words of the Torah to the final revelation of the coming Kingdom.
From the moment Elohim spoke creation into existence, the end was already known to Him. Every moment in human history, every event, and every decision has unfolded under the guidance of His sovereign hand, each step moving toward the ultimate fulfillment of His divine purpose. The Hebrew Scriptures are far more than a collection of ancient laws, narratives, and prophecies; they are the blueprint of redemption, revealing Elohim’s unchanging nature and His covenantal promises to His people.
Before the foundation of the world, the Lamb was slain (Revelation 13:8). This truth reveals that the coming of Y’shu’ah HaMashiach (Jesus Christ)—His life, sacrificial death, and resurrection—was not an afterthought, but the centerpiece of Elohim’s eternal plan. The Scriptures testify to this reality from the beginning, with subtle yet unmistakable foreshadowings of the Messiah embedded within the Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings. Although the fullness of this mystery was revealed only in Y’shu’ah, the ancient sages of Israel anticipated the coming Redeemer, as hinted by Y’shu’ah’s words, “Before Abraham was, I am” (John 8:58).
To truly grasp the depth of the Scriptures, one must return to the Hebraic roots from which they emerged. Each commandment, prophecy, and action of Elohim throughout history points toward one ultimate goal—the redemption and restoration of all creation through Y’shu’ah HaMashiach. As the Aleph and Tav (the beginning and the end), He embodies the culmination of Elohim’s love, justice, and faithfulness. He is the fulfillment of all things, the central figure through whom the promises of the Hebrew Scriptures find their completion.
This study invites you on a journey through time, stretching from before creation itself, through the covenants, prophetic promises, and divine encounters that unveil Elohim’s unfolding plan. We will explore how Y’shu’ah is present throughout the Torah, fulfilling the promises made to Abraham, Moses, and David. Through this lens, the Scriptures come alive, revealing a redemptive plan that has been in motion since the beginning.
As we embark on this journey, it is crucial to remember that Elohim is not confined by time as we are. His perspective encompasses all of history as a unified narrative, with Y’shu’ah HaMashiach standing at the center. Through the insights provided by the Hebraic Biblical worldview, we will uncover how every word of Scripture, every covenant, and every event is part of a divine story—a story declared before the beginning of time and destined to culminate in the return of the King of Kings.
May this study open your eyes to the profound connections between the ancient texts and the Messiah to whom they point. As we delve into the mystery of Y’shu’ah, may our hearts be stirred to greater faith, deeper understanding, and a more intimate relationship with the One who declares the end from the beginning.
